The vast majority of orders received by Lifesigns Group are dispatched within 72 hours. Despite some stock fluctuations we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 14 days. In exceptional circumstances where stock is not available within that period a member of staff will contact you.
Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the Lifesigns Group Products site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Lifesigns Group unless, and until, an email is sent by Lifesigns Group to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Lifesigns Group of your offer to buy goods from Lifesigns Group and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Lifesigns Group are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Lifesigns Group is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Lifesigns Group disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Lifesigns Group does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
Processing of orders
- Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
- Some items may be unavailable.
- We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 20%.
- Shipments to Non-EU countries are not charged VAT.
- Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Lifesigns Group nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Lifesigns Group to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
All purchases from Lifesigns Group are subject to English Law.
Modification of Terms
Lifesigns Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Lifesigns Group site.
You may return any product for a full refund within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resalable condition. Your refund will include the full value of the order including the cost of carriage from us to you. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. We will be happy to arrange for a carrier to visit your home/premises and collect any returns but will pass the cost of this onto you. In the case of larger items, this may be costly.
By re-saleable condition we mean the product has to be unused and in it's original packaging. We will not accept returns for example if a product's box has been torn or damaged. Some body worn items are supplied with tamper proof seals or in heat sealed bags. We will not accept returns of these products if the bag has been opened or if the seal is broken for hygiene reasons.
Should any item be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within 2 (two) working days and we will rectify the situation.
Any product which is not fit for the purpose intended due to a manufacturers defect will be replaced or you will be offered a refund.
